Order Status

Where do we ship?

We are currently shipping orders in the U.S. and Canada only. Orders to the continental United States ship within 2-3 days from our Portland, Maine office/warehouse.  Others may take a bit longer and unfortunately cost more.

Most ship the same or next business day.  We promise 2-3 days as sometimes our small but mighty crew gets inundated, but we try to get your order out fast.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number and a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Just $3.99 per order and free if $30 or over – within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, territories and overseas are calculated after your cart is moved into checkout – where you can select the shipping method see the price.

Once you have received a tracking number, simply go to the internet and type "track a package" in the search bar. A tracking bar should come up.  If you need help, please contact us at customerservice@talusproducts.com. We will be happy to help you.

If you have tracked your package and it says it was delivered, please check with the carrier to confirm that all packages were delivered. If carrier confirms that the packages were indeed delivered, please contact customer service for further assistance.

If you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

We fully guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a replacement or refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. Items must be in original, resalable condition.

Please include a list of what is being returned, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange, please list the item you would like sent in its place. If requesting a refund, please include a copy of your original receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging and item unless it is for a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

If a product we shipped was either defective or damaged, please contact our customer service and we will assist you with replacing or returning the merchandise. Email us at customerservice@talusproducts.com or call us at 800-634-8180 with questions.

International Shipping

When you are ready to finish up your order, we will ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your car and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by emailing customerservice@talusproducts.com. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

Pricing and Billing

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s) back in the warehouse.
