How to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. Items must be in original, resalable condition.

*Please include a list of what is being returned, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange, please list the item you would like sent in its place. If requesting a refund, please include a copy of your original receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging and item unless it is for a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise:

If a product we shipped was either defective or damaged, please contact our customer service and we will assist you with replacing or returning the merchandise. Email us at customerservice@talusproducts.com or call us at 800-634-8180 with questions.
